Dr. Neville Fernandes

Dr. Neville Fernandes was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and received his medical degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 1991. He attended Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio where he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine. He completed a year of hepatology and transplant at UCLA/Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, California and then went on to a three year gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Fernandes joined Texas Digestive Disease Consultants in 2000 and practices at the Tuscan Professional Building in Las Colinas. Dr. Fernandes is board certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology and is a member of several professional associations including the American Gastroenterology Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association. He is on staff at Baylor Medical Center in Irving and Las Colinas Medical Center. Dr. Fernandes is an avid basketball fan and enjoys golf. He cherishes time with his wife and two sons.
