Directions:From the North take 121 South merge onto 114 West toward Fort Worth. Take the 1709/Southlake Blvd./Wall Street exit and immediately get in the right lane of the service road and turn right. You will see a large white arrow, pointing to the right, that will lead you into our parking lot. We are in a three story grey building to the right as you enter the parking lot.
From the South take 121 North via the ramp to your left. Take the William D. Tate exit toward 114 West. Take the 114 West/William D. Tate ramp and turn left onto 114 West. Take the 1709/Southlake Blvd./Wall Street exit and immediately get in the right lane of the service road and turn right. You will see a large white arrow, pointing to the right, that will lead you into our parking lot. We are in a three story grey building to the right as you enter the parking lot.
From the East take 635 West and merge onto 121 South toward DFW Airport. Merge onto 114 West toward Forth Worth and take the 1709/Southlake Blvd./Wall Street exit and immediately get in the right lane of the service road and turn right. You will see a large white arrow, pointing to the right, that will lead you into our parking lot. We are in a three story grey building to the right as you enter the parking lot.
From the West take 114 East and exit 114 Business/1709/Northwest Highway /E. Southlake Blvd.. At the second stop light turn left onto Wall Street. Go through the stop light passing the gas station on your right. Take your next right into the parking lot of the Baylor Surgicare of Grapevine. We are behind Baylor Surgicare of Grapevine in the three story grey building.

Take Hwy 377 north to Bear Creek Parkway.
From the West:
